April is here again …

April is the cruellest month indeed as  T.S. Eliot wrote in The Wasteland. On both Grunge and Metal Graveyards it is the time of remembering the people who have left this world physically but will always remain in the hearts of their fans.

Kurt Cobain (February 20, 1967 – c. April 5, 1994)

Layne Staley (August 22, 1967 – ca. April 5, 2002)

Space Needle (Episode 28)

I have recently been busy developing the twin site Metal Graveyard but I did not forget about Grunge Graveyard. I will post more tributes to Chris Cornell soon and today enjoy the view of Seattle’s most characteristic building in Friday With Space Needle.

I am planning to come back to the topic of Chris Cornell’s death next week. I have gathered quite a lot of links with numerous tributes that have been made to him by various artists and will post them here (divided into parts because it is just too much content for one entry).

I am not sure if you are interested in that but Chris’ death has inspired me to make a twin site called Metal Graveyard. It debuts in the net today, I am not  sure if you like metal music as well, however if you do, please check it out. Link is here. Thank you 🙂
